Some rows are not heights at all. Chapter 18.14 names nine designated floodways here, including Buffalo Creek, Farrington Ditch and White Pine Ditch, where 18.14.050 lists fencing among the uses not appropriate.

One honest note on chain-link. The Village's fences handout and pools handout state the maximum mesh size differently, so we confirm the governing number on every pool job.
A pool barrier carries its own specification: minimum 48 inches, no opening that passes a 4 inch sphere, and gates that open away from the pool, self-closing and self-latching. A removable ladder is not a substitute.

The associations the Village names are Arbors, Cambridge on the Lake, Chatham Place, Country Court, Crossings, Fireside Terrace, Sporline Farms, Villa Verde, and Woodland Commons, in what it calls a courtesy listing.
Sequence matters. The Village permit checklist lists "Homeowners Association approval, if applicable" as a submittal item, so approval is an input to the application, not a step after it. The Village adds that local conditions may restrict a fence "or may prohibit fencing altogether."
